Assistant for Login/Form elements
2010-09-11
With BrowserHome version 1.08 an assistant tool has been implemented which makes it much easier to set a Login/Form element up.
Before the assistant was available, it could have been difficult to get such an element working without proper HTML knowledge. The assistant will search the address youŽd like to login at for HTML forms. If more than one was found, at first you will have to choose one of them - afterwards you assign the detected form fields, telling the element which is the Login field, which is the Password field and so on. In most cases these assignments will be done automatically, so youŽll mostly just have to confirm them.
[UPDATE from 2010-09-15] Fixed a small bug that prevented the assistant from accessing websites with manually entered ports - we firstly encountered this problem when someone tried to set up a login to the TeamSpeak2 admin interface. The assistent should now be able to access all kinds of those websites with different ports.
